Ok I have questions...

Things we know: 1) the Tesseract was on the plain that Captain America crashed into the ocean.

2) At the end of the first Captain America movie there’s a scene where Howard Stark pulls the Tesseract out of the ocean.

so my question are, 

- How did Mar-Vell get a hold of it? 

- How did Shield not know about it going missing? 

- Did they not know that Howard had found it? 

- How long was Mar-Vell on earth prior to the events of her research project? 

- Did Howard know she was an alien? 

- Was he in on it? *Probably not*

- Was he part of Project Pegasus?

And the most important question...

- What the heck is going on in Budapest?
