Watched 9-1-1 S9 Ep. 7 with my bonus mom last night. She saw Buck and Ravi dragging Eddie out to a bar after that locker room conversation and we had to pause for a second cause she was so confused, she thought they were fucking together already and is so frustrated they "don't just get their shit together and kiss"

I RARELY do this, but is it...

(1) Regular, sane, normal folk: “Yes, Chim, you tell him. Eddie’s been with y’all for so long, he should know better than to expect them to ONLY be a source of comfort and reassurance. There’s NO WAY there ain’t gonna be sarcasm (Chim), drama (Buck), or totally-out-of-point references (Bobby).

OR

(2) Buddie Fandom: “OBVIOUSLY, Chim knows that Eddie should know better than to bring this topic up in front of Buck. Like hello? You honestly think you can talk about sending YOUR (both you and Buck’s) son away for two weeks and not expect Buck to get all over-protective? C’mon Eddie...just because you two haven’t talked about it doesn’t mean it’s not reality. Sheesh. Get with the programme already.
