Pruflas is a demon, described as a Great Prince and Duke of Hell. He is said to resemble a flame, though sometimes he appears as a hawk. He is often seen outside the Tower of Babel, where he used to reside. In the Dictionnaire Infernal, he is depicted as a lion-headed man riding a bear, a description usually applied to Purson.
Pruflas rules over twenty-six legions of demons. He can sow discord among men. It is advised that he should never be admitted into any place, but if he is conjured, he will answer any questions truthfully.
