The soft chicken is cooked in buffalo wing sauce and put on slider buns with fresh vegetables and avocado ranch dressing that is thick and creamy. It's a tasty starter or main dish that will please everyone.
Ingredients: 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup buffalo wing sauce. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 2 ripe avocados. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices.
Instructions: Cook the chicken breasts on low for a long time. Put the buffalo wing sauce and chicken broth in a bowl and mix them together. Add the mix to the slow cooker with the chicken. Turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the chicken is soft and can be shred with a fork. Be sure to make the avocado ranch dressing while the chicken is cooking. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the ripe avocados. Blend or process the ingredients together. Mix until it's smooth.
