Ingredients: 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cornmeal. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Oil for frying. 1/2 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup butter. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 2 stalks celery, sliced. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 2 green onions, chopped. Cooked rice, for serving.
Instructions: Put flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Coat the shrimp in the flour mix and then shake off the extra. Warm up the oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. It will take about two to three minutes on each side to cook the shrimp until they are golden brown and done. Put paper towels down to dry. Put honey, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small saucepan. Add hot sauce and stir. Stir the sauce and butter together over medium heat until the sauce is hot all the way through. Toss the fried shrimp in the buffalo sauce so that all of them are covered. Place the shrimp on a platter and drizzle with any extra buffalo sauce. Put blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles, celery, tomatoes, and green onions on top. Put cooked rice on the side.
