These Buffalo Wings in a Crock Pot are great for parties or football games. They taste great, don't break the keto diet, and are very simple to make in the slow cooker.
Ingredients: 3 lbs chicken wings. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. Optional: ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for serving.
Instructions: Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to melted butter in a bowl. Pour in buffalo sauce and mix well. Put chicken wings in the crock pot. Make sure the wings are evenly covered with the buffalo sauce mixture as you pour it over them. After 4-5 hours on low heat or 23 hours on high heat, the wings should be fully cooked and soft.
