i'm going to a bug (arachnids and invertebrates allowed) costume party in a month and i've been trying to figure out my costume, but every bug costume inspo picture is of a ladybug or bee. I am trying to be something more unique sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
need me like someone who is hyperfixated on bugs' pinterest and get ideas from there. i need you bugblr LOL
my sister thrifted me a nice muted lime green long sleeve top that my friend is who hosting the party (literally her bday party) said would make a cute luna moth, and that I could pair it with like a fuzzy hat or something fuzzy.
I was thinking about maybe making a spider costume mayyybe bc i thrifted a cute brown skirt, but it could literally go with many types of bugs tbh T-T
I just saw a post for a roly-poly too omg that would be cute too. argrgrhhhhh too many bug options
Here’s a sparkly cicada fairy costume I made for Halloween last year! I made the headpiece, wings, necklace, and bracers myself!
it’s fun to draw her with wings :]
art of River in her Halloween costume <3 (she’s dressed as a common green darner dragonfly)
