Here it is: day one of a hopefully daily sketch (and posting) habit. I’ve decided to push myself to do this so I can get better and find what works for me art-wise. I have a plan, a schedule, goals, and deadlines. The daily sketches will probably be all over the place as I explore different things and try out new techniques, especially at the beginning. I will also test different posting times until I find what works best for me. #Buildingahabit #3by3in3 So, I failed last week. I managed two asana practices, but only logged one. I also didn't make space for a meditation practice. Ashleigh, my accountability partner, has deemed that in recompense I needed to record a practice this week, and I figured best to get it out of the way, first up. The video is taking the place of the selfie today. Also, I am now on to month two, which means I need to get three physical practices in, as well as two meditations. So wish me luck!
