I have done BRELOOM before, but your focus seems to be more on the MOVE, so I will discuss a DIFFERENT Pokemon but SAME move.
#103: Exeggutor (Bullet Seed) - 2 / 4 A pitching machine launches baseballs into your stomach until it runs out or you get clever and move. The shape and size of the projectile changes from pokemon to pokemon, Exeggutor's are large and round. Unlikely to break the skin, but highly likely to bruise. Could break your nose at very close range, unlikely to break a bone- there just isn't enough force.
