this morning i woke up early and for the first time ever in so many weeks i actually did not sleep back after i woke up. i did some 10 minutes yoga, practiced mindful breathing (it was so quick i was shook) made a smoothie and started doing my work. i set up this journal from yesterday but thought i’d post it today. i didn’t actually study yet  but i’m planning to because today i was occupied with my biotalk contest and i participated to talk about penguins! :) do you know that penguins give pebbles to their girlfriends lol but i didnt win tho but its okay! i entered it just for the penguins anyways. 

not listening to anything but repeated realiti by grimes the whole morning.
