reaching speed, 2023, procreate.
A personal illustration featuring a character very close to my heart. I've been feeling stuck lately, as if my very being has forgotten how to make itself move. With school beginning again next week, I have hope that I'll be able to find the wind again, reach speed, and soar into the next chapter of my story.

help, she’s just too cute >.<
Fun fact: BH is surprisingly big. Not like, chubby (though she does have some soft bits), but strong, tall, and thick. This is thanks to her father, who was a whitetail stag of great power within his herd, as well as her choice of occupation. Takes a lot to haul a canoe alone!
if your character had a chance to change their token or their path, what would they want to change it to?
When it comes to marks and paths, Bumblehoof has a mixed response. She feels deeply connected to her token mark and finds it absolutely vital to understanding key parts of who she is, but part of her is at war with the idea of them. This uneasiness is sparked by the potential that somewhere out there, someone could be linked to the wrong path through their token, be it because some higher force made a hiccup or the individual's omens were misread somewhere along the way.
In the world BH lives in, it isn't uncommon to end up lost. She's had a fair few encounters alone in the wilds to prove that, but even if she came out alive it deeply bothers her that others may still be stuck somewhere, without a guiding light. But back to the question.
Would Bumblehoof change her token? Nope, it's as apart of her as her heart and horns. It might be interesting to be able to shift it minutely according to her creative whims, but even then, there's always a tube of paint nearby if tweaks are desired.

qotd: what is your favorite video game or video game series?
Bumblehoof blinked at the question, brow cocked. "I...video games?"
She blinked again. She hadn't heard that term in ages. Fragile technologies like gaming consoles don't survive chaotic apocalypses all that well it turns out, so the majority were destroyed generations ago. Only the most well-traveled, silver-tongued, and concernedly obsessive still had functioning systems. Games were even harder to come by, given their size and susceptibility to being shattered under a single, unaware hoofstep.
"Can't say I know enough about the lot of 'em to make a call. I remember hearin' about some kind of adventure-and-crafting type game when I was a fawn, though -- always liked thinkin' about that."
