For the record, I don’t ship Buck/Tommy (yet) (if it even happens), not because of my prior attachment to Buddie, but because we haven’t even seen them interact for more than a few seconds, so I find it impossible to have a decided opinion yet. But also for the record, I am open to enjoying it! If the show has the balls to go there, I am going to give them a shot to tell their lil story without getting bound up in my preferred noncanon ship. See where it goes, how well they handle it. I’ll always love Buddie, it could have been grand, but my expectations in that arena are extremely basic at this point and that has freed me up to be open-minded about what we might actually get. So I’m not determined to ship it, but I am determined to give it a fair chance.
