What about rabbit shifter Jack dead weighting whenever he’s annoyed at Robby and just making it as hard as possible for him to pick him up and give affection to. He hops around the house too, faster than Robby can keep up and he’s quick considering he’s a rabbit with half a leg missing. Eventually he does take pity on Robby but takes a long while to get comfortable on his chest just to be a little brat. Idk just cheeky rabbit Jack being very cute but very petty sometimes.

"Are you done being grumpy now?" Robby asks fondly, petting Jack's soft gray fur. Jack glares at him, still trying to get settled on Robby's chest, a heavy weight. "I know, you had such a hard day, all here at home without me. How cruel I am."
Robby kisses his forehead, rubbing his ears, and Jack tries not to purr, to squeal with how good that feels. He led Robby on a grand chase around the house, tiring them both out, and Jack will forever gloat about the fact that he can outrun Robby in rabbit form--he can.
Making himself a dead weight when Robby went to pick him up, refusing to get settled, tugging on Robby's hem with his teeth, scratching at his ankle just to be a dick...he's put Robby through it today. But now, Jack is done, and he crawls into the crook of Robby's neck, half draping himself over Robby's face. He should be grateful.
Robby grunts, but surrenders.
