I finally, finally made bimuelos, which are a Sephardic Hanukkah donut. I made mine with a honey-orange glaze using loopy whisk’s gluten free doughnut recipe and My Jewish Learning’s bimuelos recipe. They were soooooooo good! And apparently from the ridiculous waiting times for chilling and rising bc it’s gluten free dough, really easy to make. I’m so happy!

Then of course I forgot to take picture of tonight’s menorah.
