Here I have my gift to Unbadgerr for the Portal Secret Santa 2k15! The prompt was "Anything to do with burdal", so have a clipped Budgie!Wheatley in space pretending he can fly. How does post-core-transfer Pelican!Wheatley turn into a budgie just in time to be sucked into space? Nobody knows! All that matters is that he's up there, pretending to fly.

A very late Portal Secret Santa for unbadger! I went with the Burdal prompt since I love that AU. It's just too wonderful!
And I don't think I've seen a bird interpretation of WheatDOS yet, so I wanted to give it a shot. I chose a Brown Pelican because I believe Wheatley enjoys puffing out his pouch just like how the original in-game design had him puffing out like a pufferfish to express how massive he feels. Plus, a pelican would most likely fumble about with their webbed feet unlike the graceful secretary bird GLaDOS built for the job.
I'm sure you already have a bird picked out for him, but I hope you like these drawings anyway. They were fun and HAPPY NEW YEAR! C:
