Some more Inktober. I was originally going to draw Aito. but by the time I finished I have just watched the new Ghostbusters movie, and I thought of Kevin.
Chris Hemsworth: The Ultimate Eye Candy
Have You Heard About the Rumor at Alpha Emi?
Camillia: Have you heard the rumor?
Aito: What rumor?
Camillia: Even though you've been here longer, you haven't heard of the rumor?
Aito: What rumor!?
Camillia: They ones about the ground.
Aito: The ground?
Camillia: The ones about the student...
Aito: Stop messing around.
Camillia: The ones about the mines.
Aito: Mines?
Camillia: The kind that blow up.
Aito:...
Camillia: So I wouldn't move, if I was you.
The Rumor at Alpha Emi
Student: Have you heard?
Student: About the thing?
Student: About the person?
Student: I heard that they went crazy?
Student: The pressure?
Student: What pressure?
Student: The pressure of the curse.
Student: What curse?
Student: You haven't heard of the curse?
Student: They say it happens to the best of them.
Student: The worst of them.
Student: Who says?
Student: They.
Student: Who's "they?!"
Student: Nobody knows.
Student:...
Student:...
Student: Then how did it start?
Plot Talk: Rained in
Louise: We're just going to have to wait until the rain stops.
Cami: 'Til the clouds stop crying.
Louise: What?
Cami: Were you not told that story as a child? The one where rain are the tears of sad clouds?
Louise: Tears, yes. Sad clouds, no. My Abuelo used to say that the rain were the tears of God, and when ever it would rain was because God was sad with someone's behavior.
Cami: Wow, that sounds rather... depressing.
Louise: Not gonna argue with you.
Cami: My Nonna used to say that it would rain because the clouds were sad because they had gotten yelled at by the gods.
Louise: Was that plural?
Cami: Yes?
Louise: Please continue.
Cami: Yes... so Nonna would say that the only way to cheer up the clouds would be to dance for them?
Louise: Wait, like a rain dance?
Cami: Yes, exactly! So we would go outside and dance until he clouds smiled!
Louise: Ah that sounds so cut- wait, how would they smile? Unless-
Cami: Yes, until a rainbow appeared!
Louise: That is so cute!
Cami: So do you want to try it?
Louise: Try what?
Cami: Dancing in the rain?
Louise: ...Let me get my rain boots!
So this was the film...God, it is so awful, I hate it more and more with every view. But I think I followed my story board pretty well, and the editing could have been a lot worse. The film script went through three revisions, the last one being an entire haul over from my original. I’m still learning, but I think that this was a good start.
P.S. I had to made Andrea into a guy (Andy). So disappointed. (June 23, 2016)
Sock Tip #20
Andrea: Now, you've got to pack a ton of socks!
Aito: Sure thing.
Andrea: Like a ton!
Aito: Yup.
Andrea: 2000 pounds of them!
Aito: Okay...I know what a "ton" is, Andy.
Andrea: But your feet will freeze if you don't!
Aito: Weather man says that it'll only go down to mid-30s. Hey, I need a few more pairs, can you bring me a couple of yours?
Andrea:...Whuuut!
Aito: Ah, come on! You're the one who's all like *falseto* "you have to take a ton of socks or your toes will fall off!"
Andrea: It's not going to be that cold!
Aito: I can see the tabloids now: "Teen falls victim to Jack Frost," or "Sockless in Seattle."
