Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely minced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Mini slider buns. Cheese slices optional. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped cranberries, breadcrumbs, minced red onion, chopped parsley, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Form the mixture into mini burger patties, ensuring they are of uniform size for even cooking. Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high heat. Place the mini burger patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Optional: Add cheese slices on top of each patty during the last minute of grilling, allowing them to melt. Toast the mini slider buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
