Just completed by third pair of Burnside Bibs! I opted to sew these up in size 18 to make sure that there is ample room for my baby belly as I grow. I do wish I had a little bit more fabric to make them full length pants, but I also love the shorts style. Anyway, there is nothing stopping me from making a fourth pair.

These are also a win because I finally used up this lovely striped linen that I have had in my fabric stash since 2019! If you go back in the archives you can probably find the skirt I originally made with the fabric.

Just bopping around town this summer in my absolutely favorite outfit. The one stop crop stop and my crazy tie-dyed burnside bibs. Hand knit and hand sewn. I freaking love this outfit and I wish I could wear it everyday. Actually considering knitting a third crop top just because I feel like I need it…

Making a complete mess in my mostly empty workspace. After far, far too long, I finally pulled out my Burnside Bibs pattern and got to work. It is not a complicated pattern, but there are a lot of moving parts. Also the instructions are a little bit confusing... look at the photos, read the pattern piece descriptions, and don’t sew your back pockets into one pocket, instead of the two separate pockets it is supposed to be.

Anyone else make this pattern? So far this is turning out way better than I thought it would. They also fit! Which is wonderful, because I never make a muslin, I mean who has time for that? Just need to do some finishing touches today or tomorrow :)

Burnside Bibs by Sew House Seven.

These bad boys were a real project. Especially when you try to turn a tiny tube without a turning tool. Don’t do it, just follow the instructions and make your tubes the easy way.

Here there are!

These Burnside Bibs are quite possibly the best thing I have ever sewn. I knew I would like them, but I didn’t understand that I would be wearing them every single chance I got. Wide leg pants are absolutely the best! I have ignored loose clothing for far, far too long. What a blessing!
