Where did you enjoy seeing Opportunist the most in any of the routes? Could be your fav route with him in it, or beloved moments throughout multiple routes.

Also, what were your favorite Hero moments in STP? Besides his totally canonical peanut allergy /silly

OOF. HM. now i am gonna get sniped for this but tbh i find oppy a lil overrated in the fandom

HE IS GREAT. NO DOUBT. but man i don't get what you guys SUPER see in him based on the routes i've had w him :sob: (off the top of my head: wraith, dragon, razor, hea, and witch/thorn a long bit ago. like pre-tpc release i think last i saw?)

anyways. oppy fav moments! i think he's pretty funny in all of them, iirc has the MOST character defining moments in wraith and thorn, but especially wraith. got a lot of the vibes i saw in fan art of him in there, what with him placing his value on what he can offer to others. and i really love those moments honestly! in all honesty, i would really like to make videos deconstructing each character as a sort of resource for the community. like the moonkitti of the stp fandom LMAO (i originally went on a big rant here just gonna put it under the cut lol)

so i really like him in wraith.... i also find him SUPER funny in thorn since he's all like KISS NOW KISS NOW if you go down that route and narrator is just a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE hater. so funny.

opposite spectrum, i think my least favorite oppy route is him in hea. feels really out of place. :(

but to leave oppy section on a good note: i think his best route is PATD. i'm very biased. because he really does act as the main antagonist of the route. even if cold is there egging him on, oppy is the one DOING those things. PATD is my favorite route of all time, likely never to be brought down a rank, and so i really gotta give props to oppy for being the driving force of that route.

swoon.. my soulmate.. hero... i love love love PATD hero and HEA hero. HEA hero because he made me laugh real hard, love his sass. but. man.

i really cannot say enough how much PATD affected me. the way he fought so hard to defend the decider from cold and oppy. he was so worried. it was the first thing he mentioned. and he just wanted us back.

even though the decider is technically his own character - that of the long quiet - but i get REALLY absorbed in this game. part of why i dislike the tower (even after apotheosis sorry dune </3) is bc i get so engrossed that when she tilts our face up to look at her i get uncomfortable bc I DID NOT SAY YOU COULD TOUCH!!!!! so when i hear hero talking to the decider - i hear him talking to me. saying he was worried for me. and wanted me back. and he fought so hard for that.

similarly, every time we're faced with the mirror at the end of a route, i'm unable to say anything other than "you always get scared, but it's okay." and when hero says "okay.. if you say so." i truly do hear him speaking to me. and i can't describe it as anything else but longing when my heart just. calls for him. wanting to say more. hold him before i go to the mirror.

you can actually see me do this on stream, but when i leave him, i always lean forward and press my forehead to his as a sign of comfort. i do this irl and i forgot i was streaming when i did at the end of... apotheosis? and so you can see me do it via vtuber LMAO

anyways. enough sappiness. i love that hero is canonically a huge dork!!! fucking. A G-G-G-G-GHOST! never fails to make me smile. plus also "and she called us a hero...!" just makes me SWOON.

"another hero self shipper." nah. i'm in love with him wholeheartedly. get on my level. /silly

ANYWAYS this was a lot. ask me about hero and you'll get seven hundred paragraphs! if you're still reading, thanks : )

i find a lot of mischaracterization in fan pieces and i would love to offer an easy to access resource for characterizing as close to canon as possible if people want that! if you like the way you depict the voices ofc i'm not gonna tell you to change it and i'm not gonna police the fandom's depictions bc that's not cool. but for people who do wanna improve their characterizations, i'd love to offer a resource made with passion!

Do you headcanon any of the voices as disabled? A lot of the princess practically canonically are, so I wanted to hear your opinion on the voices end?

cheated is DEFINITELY disabled! i imagine he uses a cane bc he has a bad leg! maybe also hard of hearing....

paranoid has some sort of chronic pain!

broken has a permanently broken wing and also has chronic joint pain!

contrarian i think could be based off of me a bit - in that he has hypermobility and did it as a party trick early on in life but learned that overextending joints can lead to pretty bad chronic pain later in life so! he has chronic joint pain too!!!

i imagine hero has part of his tail chopped off which might not be seen as a disability to humans bc they don't have tails? but for the birds, it's very sad :(

skeptic tbh.... i think might be epileptic... something about him to me just shouts "keep things slow, don't set things off for me please."

Too nervous to go off anon to ask this; but I've been having a bit of a hard time and I'd love to hear if you had any headcanons about the voices being regressors; like their favorite stuffies or anything :D -You don't have to answer this if you don't/are uncomfy

!!! so actually a lot of times i don't think of age regression headcanons for the voices but i think i should tbh... agere is so sweet and i experience it as well, just very rarely! plus i think it's interesting for the voices to regress since they sort of come into existence as full-fledged adults and are never really given a childhood. very inch resting indeed imo...

gonna try to cook some up here for the stp fandom to enjoy mwah <3

hero is THE caretaker for the flock i think. obvs. everyone trusts him enough to come to him for caretaking if he's available and they need it. he's very good at it too <3 and loves to be a ct!!!! he also regresses but VERY rarely. when he does, he usually regresses to probably late childhood-early tweenhood age. a mature little! but still has a favorite stuffie - probably a crow or raven plush bc he likes birds! and usually just likes being read to. not at all tough to ct for <3

hunted regresses and it ends up being like a pet regression-age regression combo imo? so the flock will refer to him as a hatchling or baby bird for when he's little. it goes completely nonverbal, just makes sounds. despite technically being more "animalistic" in this headspace, hunted is still very careful with toys. especially her favorite stuffie, a rabbit! she just calls it "bunny" when she's able to talk about it :) he just wants to curl up next to someone with bunny and be pet though really, a lot like in my art!

broken is another ct that can also be little, usually tends to be little! very vulnerable, very prone to crying. he's trying to be very brave about it :( would want to play quiet games and do puzzles and draw. broken is very easy to ct for as long as its emotions aren't triggered in any bad way. usually some cradling and pacifier time helps with that a lot. when it's little, it MUST have its stuffie around: a worn and loved rat plushie named "ash". and broken is a very quiet ct as well, soft spoken.

cheated is a little!!!!! he can be kind of difficult as well!! sometimes swears bc he's just so used to it which he gets scolded for. sometimes defiant against his ct - if they say "that's enough tv" he Will pout. but if his ct just works it out w him then just having the patience for him will sort it all out :) he's got a very beloved stuffie too, sort of a mismatch of a bunch of other animal stuffies that he calls "patches" !!! he loves that thing so much, makes him feel valid :(((

contrarian wants to be a ct for fun but no one will let him bc she is NOT responsible enough LMAO

paranoid little :) just wants to make blanket fort and watch cartoons and draw. also completely nonverbal and uses a pacifier to help soothe. she very much wants a ct around otherwise she doesn't feel safe and cries ;; he has his own stuffie, a black cat that he calls "midnight" - essentially his emotional support animal as a plushie!

skeptic is a fantastic caretaker. responsible, patient, able to work out what they want if they're nonverbal. except he's not the "go-to" like hero is, since broken really does Not like skep to be its caretaker.

i don't actually think cheated would have a service dog, i think he's got himself p well taken care of and would be sorta stressed to have a service animal bc it's another thing to worry about (but as a pet, he would enjoy an animal....)

paranoid doesn't have a service dog but has an emotional support cat! an ambiguously gendered black cat that the flock calls all sorts of loving names like midnight or beastie. this comes from an rp w my bff <3

skeptic i think might have a service dog that notifies him of some sort of dropping "level" - like maybe blood sugar or maybe to remind him to take insulin?

and i can imagine broken having either an emotional support animal for his anxiety or service dog for his poor eyesight <3

Hi!! I dunno how to start this so I'll get right into it. Do you know Chonny Jash? If not then I highly recommend looking into his album Chonny's Charming Chaos Compendium (cccc for short) as a starter, it's really cool, has an actual storyline and characters throughout the songs, and is a good intro to his stuff (I say this because it's how I found him.)

Alsooo do you know the youtuber Slimecicle? I'm sniling so sneetly hoping you do because trying to introduce people to him makes me sound insane. But if you don't then I recommend starting with his Baldur's Gate 3 video, it's really well written and high quality. Provides a good intro to his storytelling stuff (also makes me sound less insane than saying to watch his Garten of Banban stream vod [it's my comfort video, it's so funny for no reason]). Also if you like D&D I also recommend his podcast Just Roll With It, lots of different campaigns (I miss the Riptide Pirates oughhh.)
