Our first burn test for our Valentine’s Day candle. It’s scented with pomegranate citrus and made from a blend of soy and beeswax. I used our bright pink Valentine’s melts for color and added scent. This initial burn test is to ensure the candle is safe to burn, check to see if I selected the right quality and size of wick, and see if my design needs some tweaking to avoid spills and ensure all the wax melts properly. I can already tell that any melts located at the edge of the glass rim might cause a spill 😓 And I overfilled it... 😰 But that’s why these tests are important!
