Our first burn test for our Valentineās Day candle. Itās scented with pomegranate citrus and made from a blend of soy and beeswax. I used our bright pink Valentineās melts for color and added scent. This initial burn test is to ensure the candle is safe to burn, check to see if I selected the right quality and size of wick, and see if my design needs some tweaking to avoid spills and ensure all the wax melts properly. I can already tell that any melts located at the edge of the glass rim might cause a spill š And I overfilled it... š° But thatās why these tests are important! Mama doe and her single winter kit are doing well. Floppy has been a fantastic mother cleaning and doting on her little one. And itās been easier to socialize the kit as it has learned getting pet isnāt super scary when Mama is at your side.
