A smokey, sweet, and sour drink made with bourbon and honey syrup that has been burned.
Ingredients: 2 oz bourbon. 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice. 1/2 oz burnt honey syrup. 1/4 oz egg white.
Instructions: In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, burnt honey syrup, and egg white. Dry shake without ice vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired.
