"Mississippi Roast" from @tablefortwoblog - this turned out super tender, with a lot more flavor than my usual beef roast. Prepared in the crock pot & I followed her recipe other than omitting the butter bc the roast had fat on it. I expected it to be super salty but it wasn't. Added red potatoes & carrots (purple, white & orange) to the roast. Quick & easy sides since we were out all afternoon.
