do You have a formative burp memory? 👀👀👀
well, a big part of it for me is that I don't/can't burp except occasionally on accident. The whole "fetishizing your own shortcomings" thing (is that a thing?).
But also, when I was younger, I had a crush on one of my sister's friends, and one day she left a silly answering machine message and ended it with a big deep burp and I definitely had a... reaction when I heard it, lol. That's the first time I can remember that I knew burps were A Thing for me.
