if you’re making burritos, tacos, enchiladas, or anything served on or in a tortilla. FUCKING COOK THE TORTILLA TOO.  put some color on that bitch, fire up the skillet (Comal if you wanna get authentic)  and toast it, get some little nice browned bits and then put your food in it. I have seen far too many white people eating tortillas straight out of the bag, basically raw.  no color, no life tortillas and I can’t.
