𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | This month @busabaeathai celebrated their 20th anniversary and have brought back some classic dishes to celebrate. I was invited down to join the celebrations, but it was also my first visit to Busaba. Dishes are made to share, and that goes for the tables too. The menu is split into small plates, rice bowls, from the wok, off the grill, and curries, and I’d recommend you try a bit from each. The anniversary menu features chilli prawn rice, char meet-up, asparagus fried rice, crab claw po, and Jungle curry, which I tried. The dishes are picked from a range of years from 1999 to 2010.
