Enjoy a delicious and healthy pizza with these pizza packets with pesto from the air fryer. The zalm goes well with the vegetables and the delicious pesto. For a busy evening, a quick and easy meal will do!

Ingredients: 2 stukken zalmfilet. 2 eetlepels pesto. 1 rode paprika, in reepjes gesneden. 1 courgette, in plakjes gesneden. 1 wortel, in dunne plakjes gesneden. Zout en peper naar smaak. Olijfolie, voor het invetten.

Instructions: First step: Warm up the air fryer to 180C. Step 2: Place two aluminum foil sheets on top of each other and cover them with olive foil sheets to avoid spots. Step 3: Put a piece of shale paper in the middle of each aluminum foil. Step 4: Cover the asparagus with pesto and cook them in butter and pepper. Step 5: Spread the fried red pepper, zucchini, and onion over the zalmfilets. Step 6: Fold the aluminum foil in half and make sure the packets are properly inserted. Step 7: Put the vispakketjes in the preheated air fryer and cook them for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on how thick the sausages are. Step 8: Take the packages right out of the air fryer and serve them right away. Do not step on the hot stove when you open it!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
