Sometimes I do like to think about how awkward it is to be Jin Chan post canon

Jin Chan woke up one day and his entire family was in disgrace because his cousin turned out to have done rather a lot of murder with a side of incest, and he found out about all of this shortly after discovering that his (slightly scandalous but perfectly nice) cousin is the one who kidnapped him and tied him up on death mountain so zombies could rip him to pieces. A byproduct of all of these crimes is that his childhood nemesis (still very much a child) has received a promotion so now he's everyone's boss and kind of also head of state. His cousin's uncle who is very much not Jin Chan's cousin keeps stomping through their house threatening to electrocute people if they don't respect the authority of the boy-king Jin Chan was, days ago, bullying for being an orphan. The vibes are bad! I like to think they made up because Jin Ling has been through enough, but it is intensely awkward, with decent odds that he winds up embroiled in an deposing Jin Ling scheme and is subsequently electrocuted.

the thing i love the most about bnha is that it’s just a feel good story that makes me happy whenever i watch or think about it. it’s been really hard for me to find something that cheers me up/ eases my anxiety but doing just as much as think about my favorite characters makes me happy and it’s just.. so nice to have and i’m really thankful for the entire franchise
