Up until this point, Nikki isn’t aware of Bear’s involvement! She genuinely believed he had no idea something was wrong! If Bear HAD freed her, she would’ve been grateful because she believes in him!!!! She believes he has no involvement! She thinks she’s possessed by a demon and has no idea why! She thinks Bear doesn’t KNOW. She thinks he’s being tricked because she trusts in him and she figures he’s not the type of guy who could be okay with this!

When Bear walks away, that’s the moment that Nikki faces Bear did this. Somehow, some way, he’s behind this. And she just has to live with the consequences

I thought doctor who was doing pretty well this season. It had several things that I actively loved. Midnight and lux and ruby sunday. I loved belinda and I loved the fugitive doctor showing up in "The story and the engine". And honestly that episode in general.

And I want people to know that. But that doesn't mean I'm blind to its flaws. Of which there are many. But what I'm about to rant about fills me with a very particular kind of disgust.

I really enjoyed the direction everything was going in. I loved belinda taking none of the doctors shit and just wanting to go home. I thought we were gonna get some commentary on some of the toxic dynamics between the doctor and his companions as well as the ultimate power dynamic that consistently falls into place. (Eg: the doctor basically having complete control over the companions comings and goings.) And I honestly thought "Toxic" was confirming that.

Then "reality war" happened and all my hopes and dreams fell flat. "Toxic" was just cheap nostalgia bait. The doctor got to expert total power over his companions lives by deciding what the 'correct' timeline was.

We even had a whole "I knew you would come arround" speech like it was inevitable that belinda would just come to her senses and realise that the Doctor was just a brilliant amazing person giving her the opportunity of a life time. LIKE ALL HER INITIAL NOs MEANT NOTHING.

... like she was just playing hard to get.

He actively rewrote belinda's entire history and decided NOT to tell her! Leaving her with a daughter she never wanted and should not of existed. While he ran away.

I don't wanna spell it out but theres some very particular subtext I'm reading here and it is disgusting

Okay okay okay, for how much I liked the KPDH movie and thought it was exactly what it’s niche needs, I feel like we barely got to know anything about anyone who wasn’t the main girls or Jinu.

Like, what’s Celine’s deal??? Why is she like that?? What happened to the 3rd hunter in her generation??? Aside from the demon thing, what kind of parent was she?

Head canon of the day (I missed yesterday cuz I was too sad about the AU I wrote :():

Shane loves how his long hair looks and he loves how much Ilya loves it as well. He loves when Ilya pulls at it. He loves styling it, it’s fun especially when he’d learned how to do it the way he likes it.

What he doesn’t tell Ilya is that he hates how over stimulating it is, he hates how it feels on his neck and back. How it makes him feel like there’s something crawling on him. He hates when it’s wet against his neck even more and that’s why he almost never wears it down. He hates when it’s down as he exercises because his neck feels like it’s over heating and his hair gets wet and it’s over all just a nightmare.

So one day in a fit of annoyance and over stimulation he cuts it short again. Ilya looks absolutely heart broken when he gets home but tries not to show it so when Ilya quietly that night asks why he did it he breaks down completely apologizing over and over again for cutting it but he just couldn’t stand it any longer.
