I was looking at Monster/Human swap stuff and I was like ‘that’s boring, and none of the lore makes sense anymore’. So I’m fixing it. New desgins AND I make it make sense, I’m sure someone has done it before but I don’t care.( Also Like why do people make Flowey just some guy??? Like he’s canonically not a even a monster anymore?? I’m going to make him a sentient plant shambling around in a vaguely human shape. As a treat.)

Anyway Monster Frisk time!!

Here’s what the text boxes read in case you can’t see them!

Another Human/Monster Swap AU, but I make it better and actually try to fit lore reasons for how things would work.

Frisk has a very unique soul. When they fell part of their soul combined with Chara’s long dead one (gained by the dust sprinkled on the flower bed). This combination allowed Chara to follow them as a ghost, and for them to have enough DT to survive after death.

But since this universe is full of humans determination isn’t enough to keep ahold of the timeline.

No that power is Hope (and Magic), the thing monster souls are made of.

The only reason Frisk can hold as much DT as they can is because of their combined soul and the fact they and Chara are both BOSS monsters.

Unfortunately the other monster children had to die before the humans realized that other monster souls were not as powerful as Chara’s and would not get them across the barrier.

They had though they simply preserving them and keeping them from breaking would work, but they need a BOSS monster soul (Frisk)

Child monsters use items to channel their magic (ex: stick)

Armors may also be used to raise magic level.

Some items/Armors have special abilities, (ex: Pan and Apron enhance healing magic)

Anyway have fun with my silly AU!!! Chara is next :)

like genuinely stfu. being a people pleaser and being manipulative is two very different things. the only traits that i can think of as manipulative is that he trys to see every conflict from every angle and he can be pretty emotional which ig could be??? like ive seen way too many people put him up there with dream and wilbur and im like ??? no? in what world do you see ranboo as just as manipulative as dream. just literally say you hate c!ranboo and move on. you don’t always have to have a reason to dislike characters, just do it.

this fandom just loves throwing words around like its the wimpier version of dodgeball i played in elementary gym class.

Whumptober Day 4 Prompt: Human Shield

Obi-Wan looked towards the Twi’lek hostages, eyebrows furrowed.

They were being used as a living shield.  Just the sight of it made him feel sick to his stomach.

The villagers did not deserve this; they had nothing to do with the war, with the conflict slowly but surely destroying the galaxy.

It was not fair.  None of this was.

“General Kenobi?”

Waxer’s voice broke him out of his musing.

Obi-Wan blinked, turning towards the trooper, who tilted his head slightly.  If Obi-Wan was able to see Waxer’s face through his helmet, he suspected he would have seen a hint of concern.

Obi-Wan smiled lightly, though it felt cold and bitter.

“Is Cody’s team ready?”

Waxer nodded.

The time had come.

It was pretty obvious, going in, that some part of the plan was going to fail.

The Force warned him a split-second too late as the tank he was operating exploded, and the force of the explosion threw him into the air, landing a few yards away.

Stunned, Obi-Wan lay on the ground, ears ringing and dull pain rushing through his senses.

There were voices shouting all of a sudden, seemingly miles away, followed by a blurred green figure rushing towards him, pulling him up.

Numa’s worry was bright in the Force, somehow shocking him back into a level of awareness.

Obi-Wan pulled himself up into a kneeling position, wrapping an arm around Numa’s shoulders, shielding her from the tank’s line of fire.

The tactical droid laughed, mechanical eyes bright in Ryloth’s sky.

“You lose, General Kenobi.”

But before the tank could fire, a storm of Twi’lek villagers rushed towards the tank, climbing up and taking the tactical droid apart, piece by piece.  Obi-Wan, driven by the vague realization that there was a young child still standing next to him, covered Numa’s eyes.

He blinked slowly, unable to do anything but watch.

The rumbling of a ship vibrated through the ground, and he looked up to see the transport ships in the atmosphere, preparing to land nearby.

Blinking slowly, Obi-Wan let out a sigh of relief, before giving in to the exhaustion rushing through him and letting everything fade to black.

The last thing he heard was a heavy thump, followed by some startled shouts.
