1. What is your favorite genre of film?
I uh.... I don't know! I like certain good comedies, I like musicals, I like Disney, I like some dramas, I occasionally indulge in a chick flick... I don't know my favorite :\
2. If you could have any accent what would it be?
I really like my voice and wouldn't be interested in permanently changing my accent (I have a fairly standard non-regional American dialect), however I would like to learn other accents better. Just to be able to have a variety of them in my arsenal.
3. If you had to spend a day as an animal, which would you choose?
4. What is your dream job?
I *have* my dream job. I'm a stage manager. Further dreams: to be able to make it my full-time job and actually make a living doing it... to be a stagehand on a touring musical (this is a far-fetched dream as I have no intention of joining the stagehands union)... to have MY stage directions included in a published play (which means, to be the first person to stage manage a new work)... to work on a huge event like an awards show...
5. Who is your inspiration?
6. Where would you ideally like to live?
in DC proper (I'm in a suburb of DC now)
7. If you had to eat one cuisine of food for the rest of your life, which would you choose? (Like Indian or Chinese etc…)
8. What are you most looking forward to in the next year?
all the really cool plays I've got lined up! (commedia Don Juan, the remount of a Commedia Christmas Carol, Richard III with some of the cast being Deaf, commedia TYA Pinocchio, commedia Titus Andronicus, radio play Comedy of Errors) Also looking forward to hopefully being able to spend a weekend in Chicago in October and see Starkid and Hanson. And looking forward to getting back in a friendship with my former best friend. And looking forward to seeing where things go with Rocket Man?!
9. What makes you happiest?
This is really a hard question. It kind of depends on what I need at the moment. If I'm feeling down and need a pick-me-up... well there are lots of things that work. Or if you're just talking about things that never fail to make me smile... man I don't know. I'm probably not that hard to please.
10. If you ran headfirst into Darren Criss and knocked him over, what would you say?
I'd apologize and help him up and make sure he's not hurt... and then I'd be like "WHILE I'VE GOT YOU HERE lets talk Commedia. And Hanson. But mostly Commedia. Show me your three-time step." When I met him before I tried to talk about Hanson but he was really REALLY distracted and it didn't land.
