Voting-aged members of our family voted last week. We poured over our ballots research into policy stance and records, the arguments for and against proposed amendments to constitutions local and state. We read summary biographies and discussed what we valued in a just, vital society. And each of us carefully darkened the oval that indicated her choice, his vote, that best represent our vision for a #moreperfectunion.
