Do you have an ac tanning guide or how long do I need to stand out before I start to see a difference

not really i just kinda googled it and here’s what im gonna copy and paste for you lol

there are about 7 tan stages that you gradually go through in increments if you run around in the sun during the summer months (july 16th ~ september 15th) when its sunny or cloudy in your town (from 10am~5pm). you need to be outside atleast 15 min, and the next day you should be one increment tanner. if you go to the island during the same daylight hours you can tan as well, all year long. wearing hats with wide brims, masks, facial packs or holding an umbrella will prevent tans. for every day that you don’t tan, the next day you’ll revert an increment.so you’ll need to work on it a few days straight to see an obvious tan.
