Layers of rich brownies, smooth butterscotch sauce, creamy vanilla pudding, and light whipped cream are waiting for you. If you have a sweet tooth, this parfait is a great treat!
Ingredients: 1 batch of brownies, cooled and cut into small cubes. 1 cup butterscotch sauce. 2 cups vanilla pudding. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/2 cup chopped nuts e.g., pecans or walnuts. 1/4 cup chocolate shavings.
Instructions: In serving glasses or jars, layer the bottom with brownie cubes. Drizzle a spoonful of butterscotch sauce over the brownie layer. Add a layer of vanilla pudding on top of the butterscotch sauce. Top the pudding layer with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the whipped cream layer. Repeat the layers until the glass or jar is filled, finishing with a final drizzle of butterscotch sauce. Garnish with chocolate shavings on top.
