It is normal to have bumps on your butt crack? They dont feel like pimple. Theyre flatter and irregularly shaped

Is there any way to get rid of butt acne ?
According to some dermatologists, pimples on the buttocks are not technically acne, but actually folliculitis (the inflammation of a hair follicle). This inflammation can be an ingrown hair or bacterial infection, friction from too tight or synthetic clothing or a combination. Other possible causes of butt-ne are: shaving or hair removal, improper hygiene (over enthusiastic or neglectful), medicines and hormone shifts. Stress, poor diet, illness and dirty environment can contribute too.
Wash the area twice a day with a mild cleanser or something with Benzoyl Peroxide, it dries up and sloughs off the dead skin clogging the follicle
Exfoliate, but avoid harsh exfoliates that can be too aggressive and just makes things worse. (Avoid loofahs! I know they feel scrubby, but they harbor bacteria and can actually make your body breakouts worse)
Don’t try to pop, touch or scratch the pimples. Your hands can transmit bacteria to the area and they can scar.
Don’t stay in clothes you sweat in. Yoga pants, leggings are tight and sweaty! They stick to your skin and so does bacteria and sweat that clog the pores. Use mild antibacterial wipes after a workout or a sweaty day if you can’t shower right away.
Shower after workouts or sweaty days to remove bacteria. Avoid washes with perfumes or dyes.
Wear mostly cotton underwear that are more breathable than synthetic or spandex or silk.
If you’re wearing panty bottoms for swimming or tanning, apply sun screen.
Apply targeted acne medication consistently
If the bumps are from waxing or shaving exfoliate gently to get rid of ingrown hairs.
Depending upon the severity of the acne a dermatologist can write you a prescription for an antibacterial cream like Clindamycin and in more extreme cases, even prescribe Accutane.
