well. im not very fond of most things i write so here is a spoiler-free bit from a wip im working on currently
“Don’t they know I’m the prettier sibling?” Sokka grunts. Eventually, his dagger flies across the courtyard to rest with Space Sword and the other half of Zuko’s dao.
Zuko pins Sokka’s wrists above his head with one hand, settling his body firmly on Sokka’s stomach. He holds his remaining sword to Sokka's throat. “I tried telling them that.”
“Did you really?” Sokka grins up at him, chest heaving, a glint of something in his eye.
“Yeah.” Zuko can’t help but smile back. “I also told them to go ahead and reinstate my father as Firelord.”

nicool i do this in ur dms everyday,, why do you want me to expose myself here too ??? but anyway. have a rant about friendship between women in atla and tlok :^) disclaimer, i am content with canon,, i just constantly crave More.
i wish atla had focused more on the friendships between Girls. we get,, like,, katara & toph and mai & ty lee. i would Die for both of these friendships but i think they deserved more screen-time. i feel similarly towards tlok with korra n asami. there was so much time dedicated towards showing mako and korra’s friendship that the korrasami friendship, and later romantic relationship, felt very half-baked,, which makes me sad because there was so much potential!!! they couldve made me FEEL THINGS!!
