Auggg if I was less exhausted id make a longer post comparing Beatrice Umineko and Jax tadc there are some important key differences but if I had a nickel for every time a trans woman played the role of sadist to hide her insecurities, kept those she cares about at arms length, and then committed allegorical suicide where someone dives in after her and almost dies with her I'd have two nickles
Which isn't a lot but the themes of both works are strikingly similar. They even have human souls trapped in eternal torment disguised as games.
