As far as no genderbends go, we are still allowed to do like, trans woman sammy, trans men dean and bobby ect right?

Oh yeah ofc! When I say "Genderbends" or "gender swaps" I specifically mean when you make a cis character into the "opposite gender" but still cis. If you want to make a character a woman, make her a trans woman. If you want to make a character a man, make him a trans man. Making a character into the "opposite gender" but still cis is transphobic.

w/ regards to where it says "by trans fans, for trans fans," would I be allowed to participate if I'm just questioning my gender?

Of course! Hello, welcome! <3 Anyone is free to make content for this week! The only thing we request is that cis people that work on any prompts is to please do research on anything that they are unsure of, and ask us or trans mutuals of theirs to make sure their content is acceptable.
