One of my old creations and my favorite : GIANNI - Light Gianduja Mousse, Molten Gianduja Praline Insert, Chocolate Sacher Sponge, Dark Chocolate Coating, and Dark Chocolate Velour 🌰🍫 Back then I didn't think about any name for this - it was simply referred as a 'HIM' cake. But I think... it would be a lot nicer to call this 'GIANNI'.
