thinking of bee!jake who plants new flowers & seeds around your garden, some he’s been wanting to plant for awhile n when he comes back with new pollen all sweet n freshly made? n he just puts it in a jar for you to take every morning bcs it’s ’good & healthy n keeps u mine’ the bee hybrid would mumble while humming into your neck

but the real issue starts weeks later .. when ur chest feels fuller and the bras you usually wear feel a tad bit too tight. skin spilling over the sides with your chest appearing more round .. more warm.. more full.

he realises first before you, during a night where he’s already cradling u close to his body n his palms reach up to your breasts n he freezes. “baby.. wha—?” n he’s so confused .. antennae twitching as he lifts your cotton sweater up to reveal the breathtaking sight of your chest .. fuller .. swollen .. the tiniest beads of pearly milk appearing on your puffed nipples, and he’s flushed.

“w—when did this happen..?” his voice is warm, lips glistening with drool as he can’t take his eyes off of you. “a few days ago .. right after taking more of the new pollen you brought, i think it’s because of it.” and jake is melting.

“i did this..? your body changed like this.. for me?” and his eyes were shining now. honey swirling between stars as his breath hitched when you nodded, a warm— soothing and calming need stretching in your body, to hold him closer, to bring him to you, to keep him safe and warm. “it’s all yours, baby.” and your arms pushed him to you.

where he softly wrapped his lips around you, the first latch that made both of you sigh in content and love.
