“Always a pleasant surprise to see a Phoenix rise again,” Allard said with a grin as he handed a drink to the other sponsor. “Graveyard Gin. I think you’ll like it.”

lulu hovered just above the ground. the cheshire family was born with a wonderland magic and wonderland magic is much different then every day occurrences in auradon. but the isle suppressed a lot of their powers and stepping foot on to auradon soil the blonde felt as if a weight was taken off of her. so she tended to float a lot more the usual. plus when one couldn’t find a chair sitting in the air worked just as well. in her lap she held a bag of chicken nuggets. the blonde was waiting for her brother to get done from work. she had found an ice cream place he would like and she wanted to show him. she eventually poofed her bag away when people started to get out. she smiled, that strange, strange smile. she laid down in the air and flipped around and around. “are you looking for what way to go? because if you aren’t then does it really matter which way you go? or perhaps it does and you are looking to go that way. no not that way then this way. or another way. he told you that way, who’s he? that he? that way? are you sure it’s not this way?”

Who do you want to see end up together?
Seriously! This is what journalism has come to?! Personally, I’d like to see Laurel find some happiness one way or another. She can always call me up anytime. I’m more of an Evie and Calum kind of guy, it just seems like a healthier dynamic. Maybe Madison and Phoenix.
Arlo flinched visibly as the shop door swung shut behind him, immediately cursing himself for his nerves. He hated Borgin & Burkes, he decided, adjusting his robes and trying to regain some composure, staring forlornly at the store before him. If he wasn’t so sure that evil wasn’t a physical, tangible thing, he would tell you that’s exactly what this particular establishment sold to people. Instead, he had long since drawn the conclusion that the evil he felt, the dark magic in the air, was due to the customers, and not the items littering the various shelves. Ill-intent seemed to seep from every crack in the woodwork, it hung like a fog in the air because nobody innocent ever needed to frequent a store like this one. They simply had no reason to. He cleared his throat, closing his eyes briefly before steeling himself and making his way to the front desk. The sooner he picked up his father’s package, the sooner he could leave. “Hello...” He said, shifting awkwardly under the gaze of the cashier, a man he didn’t recognise who towered above him threateningly. He felt himself shrink under the wizard’s gaze. “Uh... Avery. There should be a package here for Avery... pre-paid.” He added, unsure what the etiquette was in such situations. He forced his hands into his pockets, despite knowing how impolite the gesture was, flinching again when the man slammed a small package down onto the counter, wrapped neatly in brown paper and tied up with fraying string. He eyed it nervously, dreading to think what his father might have purchased, what he might have planned for the item in front of him. He took a deep breath, picking up the package and slipping it into his pocket, forcing a smile and turning to leave before nearly walking into somebody he recognised immediately. “Phoenix!” He gasped, a hand moving to rest over his heart. “You- you startled me.”

“That’s an... interesting choice for the Spring Formal there, Vasquez,” Prunella tilted her head at the other witch, arms crossed across her plunging neckline in thought.
Considering that basically every single person were fucking each other at the party, how likely do you think it’ll be that, at the bare minimum, at least one person will end up pregnant?
Did a single one of you use protection? If no. The answer is all of them. I think I saw one condom all night. Disgusting. Gross gross gross. So many sins! Good luck with your children Gabe, Monica, Madison, Stella, Luna, Raelyn, Phoenix and that’s just naming a few.
“Apparently the way my burns half healed reduced the chances of infection by a lot. So I finally convinced them I didn’t need to sleep in the hospital wing any more,” Alex said to the small human shaped lump in his blankets with red hair poking out the top. He sat on the edge of the bed, unable to help a smile at how Phoenix had set up a sort of nest under there, despite him not being there. “Are you hungry? I brought some stuff up. I didn’t really feel like sticking around downstairs.”

Alex had told himself a thousand times that he should not go to the library. He didn’t even need anything from the library. It didn’t stop him. He couldn’t help it, he felt like an idiot. He’d lost something good he finally had going, lost her, because she and his brother couldn’t get along. Because he couldn’t take sides between two people he cared so deeply about. Her claims that he’d been using her played on his mind. Did she actually think that? Did she really think he was just using her for her power? He wanted to tell her how much that was wrong, how much he cared for her. But every time he got to the library, he couldn’t find the words.
One thing he’d noticed in his trips to the library was the sudden increased appearances of another certain teacher. Another certain teacher who seemed to have an eye for Phoenix, and wasn’t shy about it. Every time he saw the two of them flirting, Alex’s blood boiled. He couldn’t stand it. He’d been trying not to watch for a while now when he saw Dante making a move on Phoenix. Something in him snapped. He slammed the book he was holding shut and dropped it back down on a table, leaving the library.
