Sophia had no idea why she had agreed to meet Artemis at a bar of all places. She had never been one to go out drinking, heck she didn’t really ever go out to socialise at all unless it was to the comfort of a friends home where they could literally just eat cake and drink wine and watch some sappy romance movie. Sophia James definitely didn’t do bars or clubs. She didn’t do cheap drinks with boys, and yet oddly enough she found herself outside the bar in some skimpy black dress that was definitely only in her wardrobe because of Cate. Feeling extremely uncomfortable, she hesitated for a second, turning away from the building as if to leave only to mentally stop and force herself to turn back around. “Just have one drink. Just one. You’ll be fine.” she muttered to herself under her breath before quickly entering the bar before she could change her mind. In a way, Sophia had decided that a night out might do her some good for once. It might distract her from the numerous things keeping her up at night, but at the same time she also didn’t feel like it would be any good at all. With a small sigh, she glanced around the bar before her eyes fell on Artemis, and with a deep breath, she made her way over to him, sliding into the seat next to him at the bar.
“You’ve got about three seconds to convince me why this is such a good idea because I’m about this close to going straight home and getting into my onesie.” she said quickly, doing her best to keep her tone light as though she was joking.. but given the chance Sophia would definitely rather be in a onesie than the dress she was wearing at the moment.
