My c-pap finally came in on Friday and I only had one tiny seizure today whereas without it I would have had at least one bigger seizure per day I'm so happy! And if I do have to face the ketogenic diet, one of my friends knows some good recipes

after an emotionally and physically draining day, all i have the energy to do is chill with my pillows. but i get hospital pillows tonight. going for my second sleep study in an hour and a half. fingers crossed for actual, you know, sleep.
