I really hate Loki. The show is just. Boring. I'm so tired of villains being reduced to harmless comedic effect. Loki is fucking powerful, and he deserves to not be destroyed like this.

I’ve got a peace offering.

“How did you…? I shot you. I freaking shot you!” (Eve to Loki. The Skyrim out of context meme. )
“Yes, you did. It was quite rude of you, might I add.” The area the bullet went through continued to glow for a moment before the image of Loki went completely back to normal. He was tempted to tell her that he wasn’t actually there, but decided against it for now. Perhaps she’d figure it out on her own eventually. “Would you like to try again?”

Loki watched. He'd been doing a lot of that, since coming back to Midgard so his every move could be watched and reported on by his brother from a place where he couldn't harm anyone of any importance. And as he watched, he saw. The Avengers were a mess. Barton had disappeared entirely the moment he'd appeared in the tower, staying far out of sight. He shied away from Banner, though he wouldn't admit it, but the scientist looked well enough. Stark was twitchy and obviously struggling with something. Romanoff was as unreadable as ever when she chose to be, but her unpredictability brought interest to his days. Rogers though... The Captain seemed to have withered.
He left it alone for weeks, because as much as it pained him, it wasn't any of his concern and he was certain his help would be rejected. However, there was only so long he could stand aside and watch someone fail to meet their body's most basic needs while all others remained intentionally blind.
"Captain. This cannot go on. You must know that."

“You seem to be enjoying this a bit too much.”
❛ the benefits of killing him would be that i’d be pushed way less . ❜
There is a brief pause as the trickster eyed the doctor, wondering whether the man was serious or not. When Bruce said nothing more, that was when Loki decided to speak.
“ You want to kill him simply because he pushes you? ” Surely there had to be more to it than that. Something the other was holding back either for dramatics or due to a lack of trust. Yet none of this stops him from summoning a black dagger to his hands and holding it out for Bruce to take.
“ May I watch? ”
