“One wish, huh...” Sora sat himself outside, looking up at the night sky away from the city. It was different looking up at the stars from his island, since the city had so many lights, it was almost impossible to see the stars outside. Back in his island, the sky was filled with different stars in the sky. At least where he was, it was possible to make out a few stars in the sky. Some that shined brighter then others.
What could Sora wish for? As a child, there were so many wishes, dreaming they would all come true. Wishes from getting a good grade, to spending more time with his friend on the island. Now that he is given the chance for a single wish, he had to think carefully about this. It wasn’t as if Genie would come here and explain what he can or can’t do. Or maybe have him point to the right direction of what to ask for or not. This time, it was all on his own. But what could he really ask for?
There are so many ideas that he knows they call can’t come true. Maybe he should just give up his wish to someone who really needs it. Maybe someone who is torn between two wishes, he could help them with that. That seems like the best option... but there is something that Sora really wants, even if it was just for a moment. To be back on the island, with all his friends and family. To see them one more time before returning here. But... would it really be worth it?
Sighing to himself, Sora looks back at the stars. “♪ When you wish upon a staaar, makes no difference who you are.” He couldn’t help but smile just a bit to himself, realizing that he was singing out loud. “ ♪ Anything your heart desires, will come to... yooou.”
