(Sorry its so long)

Today was one of those worst days for Melissa. She loved helping people, she really did. It was what she dedicated her entire life to, even at the expense of herself. But she had next to no break between therapy sessions with her clients. She hadn't been able to eat all day. She had to figure out loads of paperwork, which always gave her a migraine, and she still had chores and a social life to deal with.

And there were some people she just couldn't help. No matter how hard she tried. She couldn't express her fears or worries to anyone because of client-therapist confidentiality. She couldn't risk making people not want to go to therapy because they thought it would just take a toll on the therapist.

So she just bottled it all up. No matter if it was her friends or her family, she kept it all inside. Now she's just... huddled in the corner of her cabin. She finally had enough spare time, and she was finally alone so she could let herself sob. Gods knew she needed it.
