The 5th ARCH Cacao's Level 1 Cacao Ceremonialist Training course took place today with 5 amazing women who came along to learn more about ceremonial cacao; what makes it ceremonial, its history, health benefits and how to prepare the drink to enjoy every single day in their own self-ceremony settings as part of their self-development, me-time practices. 🧘♀️🤎🌱 Thank you all for co-creating the experience, sharing your stories and bringing your energy to the space.🙏🌟 It was an absolute pleasure to honor and share cacao with you all (together with sushi and other devine healthy treats😋).
