AUtober // Day 2: Vampires and Werewolves 🧛🐺
Cael sipped gingerly at his tea. It was a lovely spring day in Hogsmeade, but alas, Cael was bored. It was time for a game. He thought a bit, then a bit more.
Why was everyone so quiet? The tea wasn’t that delicious. Hm. What sort of game should they play? Perhaps a thought experiment? Ah, yes! Yes!
“What if we were vampires?” he said, pinky raised as he downed the last drop from his cup.
After everyone seated around the table digested Cael’s question—which they processed far faster than one would normally assume, but they were a rather odd, albeit lovable, bunch—Adam said, “I don’t know, I feel like we’re already powerful enough.” He tugged at his collar, smoothing out a wrinkle. “Also, I don’t love the concept of drinking someone’s blood.”
Tristan said, “This is just a hypothetical, right?”
“I’d much rather be a werewolf,” Aquaria cut in before Cael could answer.
Everyone stared at Aquaria who was now grinning at them all, her teeth bared.
Cael said, “Yep, that tracks.”
They had something to mull over now. Problem officially solved.
Job well, done, Cael. Job well done.
