Whats one thing your character wants?

As cliche as it sounds, one of the main things Jimin wants in life is for him and his loved ones to be happy. 

QUINCE

One temptation your character has had.

Sometimes, the temptation of staying in bed and hibernating the rest of his life away crosses Jimin’s mind. School work and just generally maintaining his cheerful reputation can be exhausting to him. However, the thought always disappears as quickly as it came.

XANTHORIZA 

What’s something your character has run away from?

Jimin has never been particularly good at actually talking about his deepest feelings, despite his outgoing personality. He tends to clam up and laugh nervously, and it’s for this reason that he’s often seen running away from such situations as quickly as his short legs can take him.

QUEEN ANNE’S LACE: If your character could pretend one thing, what would it be?

That she was talented and things just came naturally to her; that all she has today- all she can do- isn’t the result of hard work day in day out, at the expense of her youth, of her curiosity, of her desire to go out and do something fun and wrong for the sake of it

WHITE ROSES: Who is someone your character has found themselves cooperating with when they didn’t expect it?

A young an noisy fire came up to her one day, asking her about her linguistics class. She quickly couldn’t believe the amount of words that would spew out of his mouth at an incredible speed, nor the fact that he obviously couldn’t take a hint when it came to leaving her alone. And yet- days and months passed and he kept showing up, quickly chipping at her walls; and before she knew it he became a constant in her life, and as much as she pretended to be annoyed by it they fell into a comfortable rhythm of mutual aid, Hwayoung serving as a mentor, and Jongin being the breath of fresh and fiery air she never knew she needed.

WALLFLOWER: What’s one time your character has endured under difficult circumstances?

Her childhood was a constantly perplexing time for her, not fitting in within her own home. She loved her family but didn’t like being a member of it- she felt like the odd one out, the awkward earth that slipped into the set of fires.

POPPY: What is something your character wants to forget?

the way his mother looked that day - as though she didn’t know to have a care in the world. burdens weighed her shoulders down yet she just looked...vacant, unseeing, unhearing, unfeeling - she was dead long before he killed her.

LOVE-LIES-BLEEDING: Has your character ever done something even though they didn’t want to?

Yes. For the most prominent example of this, please refer to the above. It could’ve been an accident - should’ve been an accident, honestly, but to him it was something he did with his own hands. He never wanted to do it yet...there is little regret.

Intruder Alert

With the sound of a small click, the door to her dorm swung open. A tired sigh left her lips as she kicked off her shoes and pushed them against the wall beside the door, along with her backpack too. She had stayed behind at the science lab to work on some coursework for Alchemy and didn’t even realized how dark it got until she stepped out of the building. She yawned and stretched her limbs until she heard chattering and squeaking noises. Her eyes shot open and she scrambled onto her bed immediately. The chattering and squeaking was coming from behind her desk.  Of course, her mind went to the worst possible scenario. It was a definitely something ugly with rabies and had a taste for third year students. The noises traveled from behind her desk to under her bed.

With a small shriek, she jumped off her bed and ran out of her room. Nope, nope, nope. Not today. She started frantically knocking on her neighbor’s door without a second thought. “Y-yerim sunbaenim!” She called out, hoping that she was home. “I need help with something!”

Adjusting shoulder straps of his bag, Jimin let out a soft sigh as he boarded the bus. He was thankful that he was finally allowed to have more freedom now that he was a fifth year, especially at times like this when the homesickness would creep up on him and all he wanted was to be back at home with the warmth of his parents’ love and the sound of their laughter. Sometimes he wondered if it was pathetic to still be getting homesick after so long, but he dismissed those thoughts with a conclusion of ‘feelings can’t be helped’.

Scanning the bus for empty seats, he finally sat himself down next to a girl. He knew she was also a student at the school, and Jimin had also developed the unfortunate habit of falling asleep on her shoulder whenever they happened to be travelling at the same time.  It wasn’t his fault though; the motions of the bus always made him feel sleepy, especially when coupled from the fatigue he often felt as a result of classes and training. Giving the girl a small smile, he carefully placed his bag under his chair to avoid taking up space and prayed that history wouldn’t repeat itself once again.
