Hi again ! I am creating a fielder and coastian oc and I was wondering if you had any color palettes for the two species (also drawing sonas for my friends based on your comic but that’s kind of beside the point)

This is from a very old fielder guide. Fielders are always beige to brown hues with light undersides and have tiny tails.

Coastians don't have a guide and aren't shown much in the comic, but their designs can vary a lot as long as the fur stays sleek. But then again coastians take in other breeds too as long as they accept their ways, then they become coastians as well. Well, not true coastians.

Hiya! Sorry, there's no French version, at least not now TwT I figured there wasn't enough demand for it (although turns out there IS some, so... maybe in the future, who knows!)

As for where to buy the English version, for people who missed the Kickstarter, I'm planning to make a post about it soon ;) Either way, thank you so much for the interest!

I have no way of verifying if they're real 100% or not, but I've seen cats like this before who weren't photoshopped/painted/etc. It's rare, but white can just...do this.

It doesn't look like vitiligo to me. Chimera isn't out of the question or anything but it's never good to assume chimera. My best guess is guy's white just got silly with it!

I've never been able to find any articles on why/how this happens developmentally.

I have a friend who studies chicken & cow genetics who told me about a cow "brockling" gene which makes pigmented patches within white to be more common, creating appearances more like this, who proposed that other mammals like cats may have similar "brockling" polygenes, but that's purely an idea we were tossing around.

Hi ! I began wondering would there be any kind of neurodivergent deers ? Like do they even exist and would I be able to make a persona or oc about it ? If so what would be the reactions of the woodlanders, stonekrovn, riverlanders, northerners, etc…. And what kind of challenges would they be going through since they are different than their peers ?

Sure there are neurodivergent deer in GS universe, but there's no diagnoses or terms for them (and while we're here, sexualities don't have terms either). You simply are what you are and act like you act, and the degree of understanding and social treatment depends on your surroundings.

GS deer species have their own ideas of what's considered a norm or desirable traits, and some are less forgiving if you stray from them. Different breeds already see other breeds as odd, so neurodivergence is likely not something that raises many extra brows. It's different if you're a woodlander in a woodlander herd though, for example. You're expected to behave certain way, and in strict surroundings some will definitely struggle.

Mixed herds are the most open minded since they consist of deer from different backgrounds. Stonekrovns take extra care of their own too.

Hi ! It’s me again. I was wondering : what kind of decorations/apparel riverlanders would wear and what deer would wear a skull hat ?

Likely nothing that would hamper movement or get soggy in the muddy trenches they inhabit. Necklaces made out of roots and twigs are pretty popular everywhere. I like the idea that riverlanders would pierce each other's ears with their teeth, to leave two holes on the outer edge. Rest of the grasslanders would look at them scandalized, like their good Christian little girl just got a nosering.

I feel like generally grasslanders aren't partial to bones or remnants of creatures at all, except for their halves. They're prey animals, so a deer who haul body pieces around will be looked with distain or even driven away. Stonekrovn would be the safest choice for apparel like that, but most of them wouldn't wear, say, a deer remnants. And good luck finding a skull big enough to fit their head and leave space for antlers too!

Hello ! May I ask which breed is the deer with the blue antlers and tiger stripes in the part where Eves revives the birds ?

She's a cameo belonging to Kytt3 at dA. A deer of her looks would def be a mix in GS universe. If you see any deer with unique looks they're very likely a mix.
